We are searching for Key Account Sales Leader Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division (AASD), Gulf Region.
location: Location: Dubai, UAE
Key job responsibilities:
Drive profitable market share for AASD within the Gulf
Will focus on Key end user and penetrate the market.
Responsible for generating new sales with continuous focus on end user in the AASD Market segments
Build and develop a value proposition to differentiate 3M from its competitors
Monitor competition & formulate action plans to gain market share & represent 3M at exhibitions & trade shows.
Deliver credibility and exceed operating plan commitments/and sales targets on a monthly & quarterly basis for the assigned territories & portfolios
Plans and manages time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities. Observes all budget guidelines.
Utilizes selling process and advanced selling skills and business skills to achieve sales results.
Understands and applies market trends in representing offerings to customer.
Demonstrates and trains internal and external customers on product applications.
Represents business unit products and services to customers and prospects.
Proactively reports all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitor activities, and product performance information to supervisor.
Exhibits leadership with accounts, prospects and peers.
Accepts direction and assumes leadership as appropriate.
Asserts ideas and persuades others to action, builds collaboration among team members to address relevant customer/industry issues.
Position may occasionally be involved with training and mentoring other sales representatives, usually as a co-facilitating role.
Desired Candidate Description
Engineering background - completed education and work experience in engineering
Technical acumen on high level
Experience in Aerospace business will be strong advantage for the candidate
5+ years on experience in sales
Experience in Key Account management and Channel Partners Management
Implementation of strategic plans
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM system)
