The Automotive Group was established in 1947 when the Group first introduced Chrysler vehicles to the Kuwaiti market. In 1972 the Group further expanded its presence in the Kuwaiti automobile market by being the first to introduce Mitsubishi to Kuwait as well as the Middle East. A revolutionary breakthrough in the Kuwaiti automobile market took place in 2006 when Al Mulla Group and Behbehani Motors formed a joint venture for the distribution of all Chrysler International brands: Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. The joint venture, known as Al Mulla & Behbehani Motor Company grew even further in 2010 with the acquisition of exclusive distribution rights for the Fiat and Alfa Romeo brands.
Today, the Automotive Group has presence in Kuwait, Iraq, Egypt and the UAE through a workforce of over 1,100 employees working in 27 divisions and facilities in new and used car showrooms, spare parts outlets and service centres catering to the following:

Overall /responsibility for helping customers to understand the features and benefits of Mercedes-Benz products and ownership through enthusiasm for the brand, along with the ability to inspire and excite customers.
Responsible for providing first-hand support to customers with complex technology and product questions before and during the customer experience.
Offering exceptional customer service by using non-pressured customer advice and ensuring customers leave with all relevant information specific to their wants and needs.
Ensure that maximum desire for the product has been built and that understanding of individual wants and needs has been established before passing the customer to Sales Executive / Transaction Manager to finalize the sales experience.
Continue to be available for customers once the sales experience and handover has taken place, ensuring long term customer retention, recommendation and overall satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Description
Total Years of Exp: Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a luxury customer service environment or preferably with an European luxury automotive brand.
• High School or above
• Must have experience in customer service - automotive
• Excellent communication skills both, English & Arabic
