Steering support operations team to Spear head the SAP-CRM implementation project;
Validate IT related issues escalated by service operations.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis & co-ordinate with IT for resolution;
Suggest possible process / design changes to be made (if needed).
Monitor number of incidences on each such escalated report;
Understand corrective actions suggested by IT and provide blueprint with sign off.
Spearheading all activities related to blueprinting documentation of the service process; provide IT with functional requirements for service process.
Developing master data during the switch over phase; monitor all service process activities during go-live phase.
Initiate a Knowledge Management (KM) portal; create a knowledge repository on service process flow of SAP / SAP CRM functions.
Prepare MIS reports thru SAP; Generating Data Analysis Reports for operational / product performance like productivity.
Planning induction program for new recruits and evaluating the candidates before being posted.
