Founded in 1985 by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamid in Umm Al-Nar in a small showroom and workshop employing 24 people, Abu Dhabi motors has become the most successful BMW Group Importer in the Middle East and now employs over 750 people in twelve facilities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, amongst which are the largest BMW and Rolls-Royce Showrooms in the world.

ADM also received “Best Importer in Sales”, “Best BMW 7 Series Importer”, and “Manager of the Year” awards in the Middle East Region for 2016 at the BMW ‘Excellence in Sales’ global awards ceremony. With five global and three regional awards Abu Dhabi Motors is the most successful BMW Group importer in terms of excellence in sales globally. ADM sold 14,845 new BMW’s in 2016 and is the top-selling premium vehicle Importer in the Middle East. ADM also boasts the highest customer satisfaction results in the Middle East, achieving an overall sales satisfaction score of 99.1%, while the overall service satisfaction scored 99%.
Following on from a record-breaking 2016, ADM aims to improve on those numbers in 2018. January to May overall customer satisfaction for sales reached a remarkable 99.3% and for service 99%. BMW’s top-end models continue to drive sales with the X5 and X6 models followed by the 7 Series and 5 Series as the key models of ADM’s growth.
