You will be responsible for identifying, developing and directing the implementation of all operational, strategic and tactical aspects of the group with full P&L responsibility. Focus and achieve the short/medium term results and show specific progress against stated objectives to accomplish the same. Conceptualize and design the processes and programs required to meet the longer-term objectives and create a detailed plan against the same.
•Initiate short, medium and long-term strategies, action plans and targets in line with the stated expectations of the owners, and objectives of respective portfolio divisions and companies
•Developing and overseeing both existing and new strategic alliances, joint ventures, and partnerships, and working closely with the owners the senior management team on business development
•Developing strategic business approaches that deliver market share and profitability with robust growth & expansion
•Building and leveraging relationships with key constituents, including partners, vendors, contractors, regulatory agencies and, customers
•Providing strategic direction and leadership to direct reports across business divisions, departments, and functions
•Building and maintaining a healthy financial controls environment to ensure optimal utilization of organizational resources
•Strengthening lines of communication from the holding company to the various business groups, and leveraging strengths of one unit on behalf of the others
•Coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports to improve the overall capability and potential of the organization. Plan for contingencies and create a sustainable succession plan to ensure stability and growth for the organization
•Ensure all business activities meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and security, legal stipulation, environmental policies, and national requirements.
•Maintain an awareness of local market competition conditions and industry trends and transmit such information promptly, with recommendations, to owners and guide the senior management team of the organization accordingly to devise tactical approaches to meet the business strategies

Desired Candidate Description
•Preferably someone from an automotive background with a strong sense of financial aspects
•Understands how machines work, ability to anticipate & suggest technical solutions to customers
•Ability to understand aspects related to quality and ability to drive quality certifications
•Regulatory and technical know-how of the industry within the territory of the country and the rest of interested geographies
•Able to evaluate and attract potential partners, vendors, and stakeholders that can add value to the business
•Master’s in business administration (MBA) from a globally recognized university
•Charted Accountant (CA), OR Certified Public Accountant (CPA), OR Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
•Technical qualifications in areas of Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) is an added advantage
