One of the largest European premium automobile manufacturers is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager for their office based in UAE. You will be responsible to manage the relationship with dealers, establishing sales targets with dealers, developing and measuring sales support activities, showroom activities and implement measures to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates must have experience from a premium German brand with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager and must have excellent communication skills.
•Managing relationship to the dealer (sales organizations).
•Establishing sales target with dealers.
•Distribution of tactical support budget and controlling budget usage and effectiveness.
•Development of sales support activities such as campaigns on a monthly and quarterly basis.
•Ensuring the implantation of the companies sales process.
•Ensure thorough market knowledge through regular market visit/business meetings.
•Support the finance department during the dealer audits.
•Ensuring the fulfillment of sales standards as per General Distribution Agreement (GDA).
•Measurement of showroom activities such as inquiries, test drives, conversion rates per dealership and sales executive.
•Implement measure to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty (CEM, mystery shopping, performance coaching).
•Weekly and monthly control of stock level and filling of production allocation.
•Definition of product and price requirements, e.g. Price positioning, option package structures and country settings for offered vehicles.
•Drive marketing support in coordination with sales campaigns, product launches, and market-specific activities. (E.g. Finance/leasing).
•Creation of dealer visit reports containing all quantitative and qualitative discussion topics and next steps.
•Pro-active definition of on-top volume opportunities in order to ensure market exploitation.
Desired Candidate Description
•Minimum 5 years as a Sales Manager.
•Must have experience with a premium German automotive brand.
•English is essential, Arabic & German is a plus.
•Must have excellent communication skills.
