One of the leading international distributors and manufacturers of the premium quality diesel engine and heavy equipment’s spare parts is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for their office based in UAE.
You will be responsible for carefully directing and proactively managing the sales team, ensuring optimal productivity graciously according to company vision and values and to grow the brand in MENA regions as well as internationally.
Ideal candidates must be a European or an Arab national and must have 4+ years of work experience in carefully managing a sales department or a small business unit and developing successful business strategies.
•Directing and Managing the sales team, ensuring optimal productivity graciously according to company vision and values.
•Managing on the ground operations / remote sales people.
•Sales strategy formation and tapping new opportunities.
