The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Achieve Sales Team targets set by the Sales Manager.
Maximize Mercedes-Benz sales volume and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers.
Ensure the customer is aware of all available extras, accessories and extended warranties.
Review daily activities, promotions, sales targets and other activities with Showroom Manager.
Ensure personal and sales team levels of customer satisfaction are in line with company CSI targets
Desired Candidate Description
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications.
Minimum 2 year experience in the Automotive industry in a similar role.
Diploma in Marketing or similar field.
Strong knowledge of Sales process, structure, systems and methodology.
Ability to communicate well in English, both written and verbally.
Result driven, presentable and confident personality.
Ability to follow instructions and possess time management skill.
Ability to create and maintain good customer relationships
