• Promotes, advises and sells spare parts and accessories according to the customer's requirements .
• Participates actively in sales actions and he is responsible with his supervisor for implementing measures to increase sales.
• Keep on going effort to create new sales opportunities while maintain excel customers satisfaction level with existing customers.
• Consulting with his supervisor to attends courses to promote his skills.
• Keeps informed about technical and parts matters through the latest parts sales information and catalogues.
• Submit requested for new parts to maintain stock levels.
• Assist the sales supervisor in training and evaluating new sales personal to achieve desired sales proficiency level.
• Assist sales supervisor in monitoring and replenishing stock to control lost sales levels.
• Act as a company representative in handling and solving customer s problems and inquires according to his designated authorities.
Data gathering & Market operating
• Collect market data to help in identifying market direction, tendency and needs to reduce lost sales.
• Collect market data of competitive product innovations, prices changes, sales promotions, catalogs and advertising for personal sales effectiveness and corporate market intelligence.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity to help increasing sales opportunities.
• Utilizes sales aids such as brochures, presentation materials and sales promotion.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback.
• Process special sales activities to reduce stock.
• Keep records of all parts being sold and stored.
• Follow up the validity of customers discounts value to match it with customer s targets and designated discount rate tier.
• Handel key customer s monthly orders and follow up on their back orders to maintain desired satisfaction level.
• Be suitably attired with a friendly and helpful approach towards the customer.
• Handles customer complaints and informs his supervisor.
• Attends to phone and issues the parts for collection.
• Deliver and pick up parts for customers, other workshops or departments.
• Follow-up for collection of payment.
Desired Candidate Description
1 to 3 years experience in a similar role.
