Note: Some Knowledge is required about Normal Cars & Exotic Cars.
Effectively follow up and oversees progress for each job order to meet the agreed deadlines and check parts ordering status on daily basis.
Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.
Able to provide detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.
Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost Estimate and obtain approval from customers.
Able to make every effort to resolve Customer Complaints and ensure customer has positive ownership experience.
Regularly follow up with Workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquiries.
Evaluate and receive customer vehicles according to guidelines and procedures.
Determine customer needs and conclude the final agreement on the repairs required and obtain customer signature/approvals on the Job order.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended and performed.
Clarify the scope of repair for the customer.
Efficiently handle difficult situations with customers and communicate with the decision maker to resolve the situation.
Inform time for delivery, explain invoice details and advise on future repairs or maintenance needs.
Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Description
AUTOMOTIVE: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Urdu (Written and Verbal)
At least 2 years of relevant experience
GCC experience (Preferred)
Demonstrates an extreme attention to detail.
1 – 3 years of minimum proven experience in customer care & operations within an automotive workshop environment.
Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner.
Ability to compute basic math equation.
Knowledge of Arabic language is a Plus.
