Understands and ensures adherence to Panalpina Quality Policies, Standards and Guidelines (according to ISO 9’001, ISO 14’001 and ISO 18’001 certification) and ensures compliance to processes and procedures set in Panalpina IMS.
Ensure strict adherence to Panalpina Code of Conduct.
Co-ordinate daily with customer and the execution of the order(s) per daily planning schedule (pick/pack and production plan)
Develop good relationship with customer to ensure high customer service level is maintained at all times and ensure that processes & procedures are followed and adhered to in that clients expectations are met and exceeded, especially on the daily communication flows between all parties.
Manage KPI performance analysis and accurate reporting
Maintain correct and accurate records of inventory and location storage quantities
Outbound document preparation
Desired Candidate Description
At least 1-2 years’ experience in the field of Logistics & Supply chain and its key contributors and telecommunications networks products..
Capable of handling multiple tasks.
Capable of undertaking new task requirements within short notice
Vendor Relationship Management Skills
Experienced in handling RF scanners
Time management and good organizational skills.
Stress tolerance and the ability to work under pressure.
Good operational skills (warehousing being the more basic and necessary).
Good communication Skills, Able to communicate with individuals on all levels & information monitoring
Attention to Detail.
English – Must communicate (Speak, read, write)
