ey transformation lead and business partner in charge of the finance function at business unit level, responsible for spearheading transformation function as well as overseeing all aspects of accounting functions. The position should ensure that key financial controls are operating effectively, accounts are maintained in up to date manner and assist Group Finance & Admin. Director to Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities. Finance & Transformation director should be able to work independently and meet critical deadlines under challenging circumstances. He/ She is expected to jointly work with the business unit GM towards implementing transformation initiatives set for achieving the groups long term strategic goals.
Desired Candidate Description
Education / Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance.
CA/CFA or MBA preferable
Knowledge international accounting standards (IFRS , GAAP) is must and applicable industrial laws is preferable
Accounting models & tools
Financial Analysis methodologies and theories.
Internal control & Risk Assessment
10 – 12 years minimum in duties & responsibilities elaborated in this document.
