Suhail Bahwan Automobiles LLC (SBA) is a flagship company of the Suhail Bahwan Group. SBA commenced its operations in April 2004, as the authorized National Sales Company for NISSAN Automobiles in Sultanate of Oman. It is one of the top two automobile dealers in the Sultanate of Oman, employs over 3000 people throughout the country.

"Steering support operations team to Spear head the SAP-CRM implementation project; Validate IT related issues escalated by service operations. Conduct Root Cause Analysis & co-ordinate with IT for resolution; Suggest possible process / design changes to be made (if needed). Monitor number of incidences on each such escalated report; Understand corrective actions suggested by IT and provide blue print with sign off. Spearheading all activities related to blue printing documentation of the service process; provide IT with functional requirements for service process. Developing master data during the switch over phase; monitor all service process activities during go-live phase. Initiate a Knowledge Management (KM) portal; create a knowledge repository on service process flow of SAP / SAP CRM functions. Prepare MIS reports thru SAP; Generating Data Analysis Reports for operational / product performance like productivity.
